About
Bellewstown racecourse in County Meath sits on a hill overlooking the coast and is one of the oldest racecourses in Ireland. It is best known for its summer festival, which mixes Flat and National Hunt racing.
The Track & Course
The track is a left-handed, undulating circuit of just over a mile with tight bends and a short run-in. Speed and a handy position count for plenty, and horses that act on the undulations do well.

Summer going is usually good, though rain during a meeting can quickly soften the ground on the hilltop course.
